Information you provide

When you submit a contact or catering form, we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count, event location, subject, and message.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to answer questions, prepare and follow up on catering requests, coordinate events, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and improve our customer service. We do not currently use the website for online payments, customer accounts, or advertising profiles.

Hosting and technical data

Our website, content management system, database, and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, and pages requested. This information is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, prevent spam, and diagnose errors. Our planned production hosting provider is Railway.

Third-party services

Form pages may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. Turnstile may process browser and device signals under Cloudflare’s privacy terms. The website also loads fonts from Google; your browser sends Google the font request and standard request data such as your IP address, requested URL, user-agent, and referrer. Links to Instagram and map providers take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.

Cookies and browser privacy signals

We do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics profiles, or cross-site behavioral advertising on this website. Because the website does not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, it does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. We will update this policy if those practices change.

Sharing and sale

We share information only with service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or operate the website and respond to requests, or when disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Inquiries are stored privately in our content management system and reviewed manually. We keep them only as long as reasonably needed to respond, coordinate an event, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion using the contact information below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for customers and event organizers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to information we must retain for legal or operational reasons. California residents may also ask questions about their privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.
